On December 20, around 21.00 o’clock, a fire broke out in the accommodation area of the Panama-flagged dry cargo ship named as “BEATE“.
The incident took place for an unknown reason on Tuesday,5 nautical miles near the city of Sinop.
It has been reported that 16 of the 17 crew on board were taken off the board and brought to Sinop by the Coast Guard Teams. However, the master of the ship is still missing.
