The first OSD-IMT7402 shallow draft tugboat was launched at PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa (Indonesia) last Wednesday.
The tug named Patria 22 has a length o.a. of 23.60 mtrs a legth bp of 23.05 mtrs a beam o.a. of 9.40 mtrs a moulded beam of 9.20 mtrs a depth of 3.00 mts a draft to keel 2.00 mtrs and a maximum draft of 2.25 mtrs. She has a grt of 203 tons.
The tug performed a free sailing speed of 8-10 knots and a bollard pull ahead of 18 tons. She will be able to operate in water up to a depth of no more than 2,5 metres.
The two Yanmar 6AYM-WET develops a total output of 1,220 kW at 1,900 rpm. She has an accommodation capacity of 10 persons
